The Central Bank of Nigeria has listed money bouquets as a form of Naira abuse, thereby warning Nigerians against the public abuse of Naira.

This was made known in a flier shared via CBN’s Twitter handle on Friday with the caption. “ It is your civic duty to protect the Naira. Report Naira abuse today.”

Other forms of Naira abuse listed by the CBN are spraying, selling, squeezing, and defacing naira which is punishable under law.
