Makinde Goes On Vacation, Writes State Assembly, Hands Over Power To His Deputy
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has written the Oyo state House of Assembly that he’s proceeding on vacation from Thursday 11th of August till Friday 2nd of September, 2022.
Makinde said he has transmitted power to the Deputy Governor, Barrister Bayo Lawal.
The speaker, Rt Hon Debo Ogundoyin made this known on Thursday during the plenary while reading a message from the executive.
According to the letter, Makinde is expected to resume on Saturday, 3rd of September, 2022.
