The Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde will replace Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto as chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governors’ forum.
His emergence came a few hours after the former house of representative speaker resigned his position to allow peace in the party.
Only last night, Makinde, after many entreaties by the leadership of the PDP, met Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the party.
